Maria McGowan is a dynamic digital marketing and social media strategist with a passion for renewable energy. Recognized nationally and internationally for her innovative campaigns, Maria excels in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand presence. She hosts the weekly podcast Reimagined Energy, where she engages with thought leaders, academics, and industry pioneers to explore groundbreaking renewable energy projects.
In addition to her professional achievements, Maria has a strong commitment to community service. She has served on the board of Healthy Minds Cooperative, contributed to the BMO Ride for Cancer leadership team, volunteered with the QEII Hospital Foundation and Downtown Halifax Business Commission, and currently plays a key role on the board of the Friends of Taylor Head Provincial Park Society, where she manages social media, designs websites, and fosters local partnerships.
